- Displaying a clear privacy policy on their storefront that complies with applicable laws.
- Processing personal data in compliance with the law, obtaining necessary consent from Shoppers for Raz Vape and third parties to access and use this data.
- If collecting Sensitive Personal Data, obtaining explicit, informed consent from Shoppers and allowing them to revoke this consent at any time.
- Information Collected
- When a Merchant engages with Raz Vape’s Website (e.g., by signing up for trials, newsletters, or transactions), Raz Vape may collect various data types, including Account Information, Browser Information, Contact Information, Payment Information, Support Information, Device Information, Security Information, Transaction Information, Usage Information, and Cookies.
- When interacting with our Mobile App, Raz Vape may collect similar data, such as Account, Contact, Device, Usage, and Security Information.

- Raz Vape uses this information to provide services to Merchants, verify identities, offer support (e.g., troubleshooting, fraud detection), send marketing materials, handle invoicing, resolve issues, enhance our services, and comply with legal obligations. - Partners
- Information Collected: When a Partner creates a partner account or refers a Merchant, Raz Vape may collect Account, Browser, Contact, Payment, Support, and Usage Information.
- Information Usage: This data is used to offer services, verify identities, provide support, manage marketing, invoicing, resolve issues, personalize services, and meet legal requirements. Additional use may occur with explicit Partner consent.
- Visitors
- Information Collected: When visitors browse the Website or engage in communications with Raz Vape, we may collect Browser Information, Support Information, Contact Information, and Usage Information.
- Information Usage: This information is used to improve communication, personalize services, and provide necessary support. Further usage may occur with explicit Visitor consent.
- Shoppers
- Information Collected: When Shoppers interact with a Merchant’s eCommerce platform through Raz Vape, we may collect Browser and Transaction Information on behalf of the Merchant.
- Information Usage: Raz Vape processes this information to offer services to Merchants, support orders, and manage risks. The Merchant controls this data, and Shoppers should direct any questions regarding its use to the Merchant. Raz Vape may also use this information for its own service improvements and fraud prevention.
- Legal Basis for Processing (EEA Visitors Only)
