Shipping Policy

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All orders have a 24-hour processing time, regardless of the chosen shipping method. However, we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible.
We process orders between 9:00 AM PST and 10:00 PM PST on weekdays. Orders are not processed on Sundays or major U.S. holidays.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Europe, and select countries in Asia.

Estimated Transit Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days*
  • Express Shipping (1-2 Days): 2 business days
  • Ultra Fast Shipping: 1 business day* in transit
  • Shipping Service Days: Monday through Saturday
  • APO/FPO: For military address shipments, transit can take 8-10 days.

Late Shipments
We do not guarantee specific transit times, and shipping fees are nonrefundable through us. However, the shipping carriers do offer guarantees for certain methods, with exceptions typically due to weather delays or failed delivery attempts. If your shipment is delayed due to a service failure, you can file a claim by contacting the carrier.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also view this information by logging into your account on the “my account” page or by clicking here.
Please note that tracking updates may not appear for a few days. The delivery confirmation will only update once the package reaches a sort facility or local post office. There are no updates during transit. Any delivery issues should be addressed with your local post office, which can be found here.
While we strive to offer reliable service, occasionally carriers may misroute packages. We are not responsible for errors or delays caused by the carriers.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions
Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. Incorrect address submissions can lead to delays or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the carrier, and the customer has paid for the reshipping costs.

How Are Replacement Parts Shipped?
All replacement and warranty shipments are sent via DHL, UPS, USPS eCommerce, and Priority Mail.
